About Us

Paula Lord holds a degree in physics from Jacksonville University. She applies her knowledge of trajectories, conservation of momentum, basic biomechanics and problem-solving skills directly to teaching gymnastics and organizing group choreography. Paula has over 20 years experience in artistic, rhythmic and group gymnastics as an athlete, coach, choreographer and administrator at National and International levels. Paula coached 1996 Olympians Becky Turner and Mandy James. She has a background in performing, having danced professionally and worked as a choreographer for numerous theater productions. She works in Indianapolis as a fully certified Pilates instructor and continues to coach artistic gymnastics.
Paula is the main author of the current Festival Rhythmic program and has served as one of the USA National choreographers to the World Gymnaestrada since 1995. Paula directed the Pan American Union project at the 2007 World Gymnaestrada in Dornbirn, Austria and was asked to continue as PAGU Project Director through 2011.

Lori Laznovsky has a degree in Recreation and Leisure Services with a specialization in Program Management from the University of North Texas. She has been involved in group gymnastics all her life throught the American Sokol Organization. She has served as a member of the USA Gymnastics GG Committee since its inception in 1993 and is heavily involved in the development of TeamGym rules and regulations. Lori has served in various capacities managing National and International events including each World Gymnaestrada since 1995. She was an international consultant to the 2003 and 2007 Organizing Committees and led coordination of the US delegations to Dornbirn, Austria and Lausanne, Switzerland.
