Improve your game and consistency by bringing your body into better balance and function. Learn how to create power in your swing with correct posture and rotational movement. Improve focus and stamina through neural toning and integration.

AGING GRACEFULLY (55 and over)
TUESDAYS 11:00-12:30

​Restore your body to it's most efficient functioning self and give yourself permission to enjoy all the activities that are most important to you, Whether that be simply playing on the floor with your grandkids, walking through the park, or continuing to compete in your favorite our system of corrective exercise and neural toning will help.

GYMNASTICS DISCIPLINES

Train with Master of Sport, Paula Lord, who works with athletes from many of the gymnastics and performance sports disciplines, including World and Olympic medalists from multiple countries. Give yourself a leg up on the competition by increasing your effective training time while reducing the negative effects of high level training. You will leave the six week session with goals and homework hat can help you throughout your entire competitive season.
